Frank's Toastmasters Career in Photos

    I joined Toastmasters International in District 8, Jefferson City, Missouri. I first served as an Area Governor there, having the distinction of having 3 prison clubs (one each at a Maximum, Medium and Minimum security site) included in my 7-club area. In May, 1979, I moved to Montgomery, Alabama and became an appointed Assistant Area Governor, taking over as Area Governor when the Area Governor immediately resigned!! I followed in subsequent years as Division Governor, Treasurer, Area Governor (again) and was elected District 48 Governor in 1983.
    I was elected to the Board of Directors in Toronto in 1993, serving on the Education Committee for two years. Our major accomplishment was the development of the Educational Track now in place for Toastmasters.
